When Boulder Junction Charcoal Grill rebranded as Deadwood Bar & Grill in 2024, they needed more than just a new name—they needed a strong identity that captured their rustic, welcoming atmosphere and bold flavors. Alongside their brand transformation, they required a landing page to recruit staff and generate excitement for the restaurant’s future.

Deadwood Bar & Grill had to introduce their new identity while maintaining customer loyalty and attracting new guests. They also needed to quickly staff their team before opening, requiring an easy-to-navigate landing page that streamlined the application process.

THE PROBLEM

I developed a cohesive brand identity and landing page designed to engage both job seekers and future customers. The restaurant’s new brand identity reflects Deadwood’s classic American cuisine and lively saloon atmosphere with a rugged, yet inviting logo and color palette.
